How do I take care of my wreath?
If placed outdoors, wreaths are subject to weather conditions, sunlight, etc, fading of materials can occur over time. I use a UV protectant spray (upon request) to help with fading from sunlight; however, full protection from weather or sun damage is not guaranteed. If displaying it outdoors please place it under an overhang or porch for some protection from the elements. I cannot guarantee how long your wreath will last if it is exposed to outdoor climate conditions including direct sunlight, poor weather, moisture, freezing temperatures, wind, or any other adverse climate condition. In severe weather, I encourage one to remove from elements
What is the typical size of each wreath?
Each wreath is handmade and may vary from the picture in color and size. Because each wreath is handmade, the diameter may vary (smaller or larger) by about an inch. I strive to make each wreath very similar to the picture, but each wreath is unique.
Why is there a color difference from the picture?
The burlap shades may vary in color. Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen due to settings on computer monitor.
My bow is flat, what do I do?
I carefully package each item for safe shipping so some flowers, burlap, and bows may flatten slightly; however, they will return to their original shape with a little fluffing and adjusting.
How long does it create my custom wreath?
A custom order may take longer, due to the need to order materials.
How long does it take to ship?
Most shipments will be made 1-2 weeks from purchase date. Pay close attention to the delivery times. Please note that shipping times due vary based on the order. I will do my best to find the most cost-efficient means of shipping and will communicate the shipping cost prior to shipping.
